The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

CONSIDER the fig and the olive, 1 And the Mount of Sinai, 2 And [by] this secure city [Makkah], 3 Verily, We created man of the best stature (mould), 4 and thereafter We reduce him to the lowest of low 5 Except such as believe and do righteous deeds: For they shall have a reward unfailing. 6 What then after this, can make you deny the Last Judgement? 7 Is not Allah the Greatest of all sovereigns? 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
