The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

By the fig, by the olive, 1 And by oath of Mount Sinai, 2 And by this land made safe; 3 We have created the human being in the best form 4 then We reverted him to the lowest of the low, 5 except the righteously striving believers who will have a never ending reward. 6 What, then, [O man,] could henceforth cause thee to give the lie to this moral law? 7 Is not Allah the wisest of judges? 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
