The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the fig, by the olive, 1 and the Mount, Sinai, 2 and by this city (of Makkah), a haven of peace: 3 Certainly We created man in the best make. 4 then We restored him the lowest of the low -- 5 Except such as believe and do righteous deeds: For they shall have a reward unfailing. 6 Who, then, can give the lie to you, (O Prophet), about the Reward and the Punishment? 7 Is not Allah the Greatest Judge upon all judges? 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
