In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
Read! In the Name of your Lord, Who has created (all that exists), 1 created Man of a blood-clot. 2 Recite! Your Lord is the most Honorable One, 3 Who taught by the pen, 4 The One Who taught man all what he did not know. 5 No! [But] indeed, man transgresses 6 whenever he believes himself to be self-sufficient: 7 Indeed towards your Lord only is the return. 8 What thinkest thou? He who forbids 9 a worshipper from praying? 10 Did you consider: what if he is on the Right Way, 11 or bade to godfearing -- 12 What will happen if the prohibiting rejects the Truth and turns away from it!? 13 does he not know that Allah sees? 14 No! If he does not desist, We will surely drag him by the forelock - 15 A lying, sinful forehead. 16 So let him now call his gang! 17 We also shall call the infernal guards. 18 No, indeed; do not obey him! Prostrate and come nearer (to Allah). ۩ 19
