Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

TRULY WE REVEALED it on the Night of Determination. 1 And what will make you know what the night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is? 2 The night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is better than a thousand months (i.e. worshipping Allah in that night is better than worshipping Him a thousand months, (i.e. 83 years and 4 months). 3 The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter. 4 Peace!... This until the rise of morn! 5
