The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its (final) earthquake. 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 And man says: What has befallen her? 3 On that day earth will narrate its news, 4 Because your Lord sent a command to it. 5 That day mankind will issue forth in scattered groups to be shown their deeds. 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 And whoever does an evil deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
