The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its [final] earthquake 1 and it throws out its burden, 2 And man saith: what aileth her? 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 Because thy Lord will inspire her. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 So whoever does a good deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 7 And whoso doeth ill an atom's weight will see it then. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
