Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

When earth is shaken with a mighty shaking 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 And man saith: What aileth her? 3 upon that day she shall tell her tidings 4 as thy Sustainer will have inspired her to do! 5 On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had done). 6 Then shall anyone who has done an atom's weight of good, see it! 7 And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
