The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 and the earth will throw up all her burdens, 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 Because your Lord sent a command to it. 5 That day mankind will issue forth in scattered groups to be shown their deeds. 6 So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 7 and whosoever has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
