The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 And when the earth throws out its burdens, 2 and the human asks: "What is the matter with it?" 3 That Day, it will report its news 4 for your Lord will have commanded her (to do so). 5 That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds. 6 So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 7 And whosoever hath worked ill of an atom's weight shall behold it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
