The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken to her (utmost) convulsion, 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 And man enquires: "What has come over it?" 3 On that day she shall tell her news, 4 for that her Lord has inspired her. 5 That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds. 6 And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, 7 and whoever has done an atom's weight of evil, will also see it. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
