The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 for your Lord has so directed it. 5 On that Day people will go forth in varying states so that they be shown their deeds. 6 Whosoever has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 and whoso has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
