The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 while running during a raid at dawn, 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 Then penetrate to the centre of the enemy army. 5 surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 and he himself is a witness to that, 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 and that which is in the chest is brought out, 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
