Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
By (the horses) that charge snorting, 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 And by oath of those who raid at dawn. 3 and raising clouds of dust, 4 Then penetrate to the centre of the enemy army. 5 Indeed man is very ungrateful towards his Lord. 6 And indeed he himself is a witness to it. 7 Surely he is passionate in his love for good things. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 And the secrets of the hearts exposed, 10 that on that Day their Sustainer [will show that He] has always been fully aware of them? 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
