Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 Striking sparks of fire (by their hooves), 2 Then those charging in the morning 3 raising a trail of dust, 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 Lo! man is an ingrate unto his Lord 6 And indeed, he is to that a witness. 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 surely on that day their Lord shall be aware of them! 11
Almighty Allah's Truth.
