The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
(I swear) by the snorting chargers (of the warriors), whose hoofs strike against the rocks 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 And raiding at dawn 3 and leave behind a cloud of dust 4 forcing their way into the midst of the enemy, 5 The human being is certainly ungrateful to his Lord. 6 and surely he is a witness against that! 7 And most surely he is tenacious in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered 9 And the secrets of the breasts are made known, 10 On that day their Lord surely knows all about them! 11
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat). Sent down in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
