The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

By the snorting, panting horses, 1 And the producers of sparks [when] striking 2 while running during a raid at dawn, 3 raising a trail of dust, 4 And cleaving their way therein into the host, 5 Indeed, the human is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 And indeed he loves wealth to the extreme. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not - when that which is in the graves shall be ransacked? 9 And the secrets of the breasts are made known, 10 Verily, that Day (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) their Lord will be Well-Acquainted with them (as to their deeds), (and will reward them for their deeds). 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
