The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

By the chargers panting, 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 And by oath of those who raid at dawn. 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 cleaving there with a host! 5 Surely Man is ungrateful to his Lord, 6 And indeed, he is to that a witness. 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not that, when the contents of the graves are poured forth 9 and that which is in the chest is brought out, 10 surely on that day their Lord shall be aware of them! 11
