The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

I CALL TO witness the chargers, snorting, rushing to battle before the others, 1 and produce sparks 2 rushing to assault at morn, 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 Then penetrate to the centre of the enemy army. 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 And is himself witness to it, 7 And lo! in the love of wealth he is violent. 8 ۞ So does he not know? When those in the graves are raised, 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 That their Lord had been Well-acquainted with them, (even to) that Day? 11

Almighty Allah's Truth.
