The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

The Clatterer (the Day of Judgement)! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 And what have you understood, what the event that terrifies the hearts is! 3 The day that men shall be like scattered moths, 4 and the mountains shall be like plucked wool-tufts. 5 Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, 6 will live a pleasant life, 7 But he whose deeds are lighter in the balance 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 What will convey to you what this is like? 10 (It is) a hot blazing Fire! 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
