The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
The (Day) of Noise and Clamour: 1 What is the Calamity? 2 And what will make you know what the striking (Hour) is? 3 (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about, 4 and mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Then, as for him whose scales are heavy (with good works), 6 He shall live a pleasant life. 7 But as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be light, 8 He is in the lap of one that abases. 9 And what do you know what that is? 10 A blazing Fire! 11
