The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

The terrible calamity! 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 Would that you knew what the Clatterer is! 3 (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about, 4 And the mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 shall inherit a pleasing life, 7 but he whose deeds weigh light in the Balance 8 shall be engulfed by an abyss. 9 Would that you knew what hawiya his? 10 A blazing Fire! 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
