The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

The Calamity! 1 What is the Clatterer? 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 [It will occur] on the Day when men will be like moths swarming in confusion, 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Then, he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) heavy, 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 but he whose deeds weigh light in the Balance 8 Will have the Abyss for abode. 9 And what have you understood, what the one that abases is! 10 (It is) a hot blazing Fire! 11
