The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
The (Day) of Noise and Clamour: 1 What is the Clatterer? 2 And what do you know what the Calamity is? 3 The day on which men shall be as scattered moths, 4 and the mountains shall be like plucked wool-tufts. 5 So for one whose scales prove heavy, 6 He will live a pleasant life (in Paradise). 7 But he whose deeds are lighter in the balance 8 his head will be in the Plunging 9 And what can make you know what that is? 10 It is the scorching fire. 11
True are the words of God the Almighty.
