The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
The Clatterer (the Day of Judgement)! 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 [It is] a Day when mankind shall be like scattered moths 4 and the mount-ains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Then, as for him whose scales are heavy (with good works), 6 will live a pleasant life, 7 But as for him whose scales are light, 8 shall plunge in the womb of the Pit. 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 (It is) a Fire Blazing fiercely! 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
