Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The emulous desire of abundance engrosseth you, 1 till you reached the grave. 2 You shall know. 3 But you will soon come to know. 4 Nay, if you could but understand [it] with an understanding [born] of certainty, 5 You will be shown hell 6 Then you will surely see it with the eye of certainty. 7 Then, on that day, you will be questioned about the bounties (of God). 8

Almighty God's Truth.
