Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The emulous desire of abundance engrosseth you, 1 till you reached the grave. 2 No! You are going to know. 3 Again lo! presently ye shall know. 4 No indeed; did you know with the knowledge of certainty, 5 you would indeed, most surely, behold the blazing fire [of hell]! 6 And again, you shall see it with certainty of sight! 7 Then, on that day, you will be questioned about the bounties (of God). 8

Almighty God's Truth.
