Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
The mutual rivalry for piling up (the good things of this world) diverts you (from the more serious things), 1 Until you come to the graves. 2 Nay, but ye will come to know! 3 Again, yes certainly, you will soon realise! 4 Nay! if you had known with a certain knowledge, 5 you shall surely see Hell; 6 Then you will see it with the eye of certainty. 7 and on that Day you will most surely be called to account for [what you did with] the boon of life! 8
