The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)
9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Woe to every fault-finding backbiter; 1 Who amasseth wealth; and counteth it. 2 Does he think his wealth will abide for ever with him? 3 No! He will surely be thrown into the Crusher. 4 Would that you understood what that crushing torment is like. 5 A fire kindled by God, 6 which will rise over the [guilty] hearts: 7 it closes in on them from every side 8 in its long columns of flames. 9
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah). Sent down in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
