The Elephant (Al-Feel)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Have you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) not seen how your Lord dealt with the Owners of the Elephant? [The elephant army which came from Yemen under the command of Abrahah Al-Ashram intending to destroy the Ka'bah at Makkah]. 1 Did He not make their plot go astray? 2 And He loosed upon them birds in flights, 3 which showered them with small pebbles of clay 4 and caused them to become like a field of grain that has been eaten down to stubble 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
