Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

HAVE YOU SEEN him who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 It is he who turns down the orphans 2 And does not urge (others) to feed the poor. 3 Ah, woe unto worshippers 4 Who are heedless of their prayer; 5 Those who (want but) to be seen (of men), 6 But refuse (to supply) (even) neighbourly needs. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
