Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Have you seen he who belied the Recompense? 1 That is the one who treats the orphan with harshness, 2 And does not induce others to feed the needy. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 As are of their prayer careless. 5 Those who make show [of their deeds] 6 and deny people the articles of common necessity. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
