Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Hast thou observed him who belieth religion? 1 So it is he, who pushes away the orphan, 2 and feels no urge to feed the needy. 3 So woe to those that pray 4 whose hearts from their prayer are remote 5 to those who make display 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
