Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? 1 That is the one who treats the orphan with harshness, 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. 3 Woe, then, to those who pray, 4 Who are neglectful of their prayers, 5 Those who make a display (of their deeds). 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
