Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Have you seen one who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 So it is he, who pushes away the orphan, 2 and feels no urge to feed the needy. 3 So woe to those that pray 4 [But] who are heedless of their prayer - 5 those who do good (in order) to be seen, 6 But refuse (to supply) (even) neighbourly needs. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
