Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense? 1 Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness), 2 And encourages not the feeding of the indigent. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 But who are oblivious of their moral duties, 5 Who dissimulate 6 and refuse to help the needy. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
