Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Have you seen the one who calls the religion a lie? 1 Such is the one who repulses the orphans away, 2 And does not encourage the feeding of the poor. 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 those who do good (in order) to be seen, 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7
