Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Have you seen one who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan 2 And urges not the feeding of AlMiskin (the poor), 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 Those who are neglectful of their prayer. 5 Those who do good deeds only to be seen (of men), 6 But refuse (to supply) (even) neighbourly needs. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
