Thorns (Al-Masad)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

DESTROYED WILL BE the hands of Abu Lahab, and he himself will perish. 1 His wealth did not avail him, nor his acquisitions. 2 he shall roast at a Flaming Fire, 3 And so will his wife; carrying a bundle of firewood on her head. 4 A rope made from palm fibre around her neck! 5

Almighty God's Truth.
