Thorns (Al-Masad)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

May the hands of Abu Lahab perish, may he be ruined. 1 His wealth and gains will not exempt him. 2 He will [enter to] burn in a Fire of [blazing] flame 3 and his wife, laden with firewood 4 with a rope of twisted fibre round her neck. 5

Almighty Allah's Truth.
