Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of the Daybreak 1 from the evil of what He has created, 2 I seek His protection against the evil of the invading darkness, 3 And from the evil of the women blowers upon knots, 4 and from the evil of the envier when he envies.” 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
