Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Say: 'I take refuge with the Lord of Daybreak 1 From the evil of that which He created 2 From the evil of the darkness when it is intense, 3 From the mischief of those who practise secret arts; 4 And from the evil of the envier when he envieth. 5

True are the words of God the Almighty.
