Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of the daybreak 1 from the evil of all that He created; 2 And from the evil of darkness when it settles 3 And from the evil of those who blow on knots, 4 And from the evil of an envier when he envies." 5

True are the words of God the Almighty.
