Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

(Muhammad), say, "I seek protection from the Lord of the Dawn 1 "from the evil of aught that He has created, 2 And from the evil of the utterly dark night when it comes, 3 From the mischief of those who practise secret arts; 4 "And from the evil of the envier when he envies." 5

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
