Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Say thou; I seek refuge with the Lord of the daybreak. 1 From the evil of what He has created, 2 And from the evil of darkness when it settles 3 And from the evil of the blowers in knots 4 from the evil of an envier when he envies.' 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
