People (Al-Naas)

6 verses, revealed in Mecca after Daybreak (Al-Falaq) before Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

(Muhammad), say, "I seek protection from the Cherisher of mankind, 1 the King of mankind, 2 “The God of all mankind.” 3 from the mischief of every sneaking whis-perer, 4 Who whispereth unto the breasts of mankind, 5 both jinn and people.' 6

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
