People (Al-Naas)

6 verses, revealed in Mecca after Daybreak (Al-Falaq) before Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Say: 'I take refuge with the Lord of people, 1 the King of mankind, 2 The god (or judge) of Mankind,- 3 "From the evil of the whisperer (devil who whispers evil in the hearts of men) who withdraws (from his whispering in one's heart after one remembers Allah), 4 Who whispereth unto the breasts of mankind, 5 from jinn and men." 6

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
