Children of Israel! remember My favour wherewith I favoured you, and fulfil My covenant, and I shall fulfil your covenant, and Me alone shall ye dread. 40 And believe in what I reveal, confirming the revelation which is with you, and be not the first to reject Faith therein, nor sell My Signs for a small price; and fear Me, and Me alone. 41 And do not overlay the truth with falsehood, and do not knowingly suppress the truth; 42 Establish your prayers, pay the obligatory charity, and bow with those who bow. 43 ۞ How is it that you enjoin others to follow the Right Way, but forget it yourselves, though you read the Scriptures? Have you no sense at all? 44 Find strength in fortitude and prayer, which is heavy and exacting but for those who are humble and meek, 45 who reckon that they shall meet their Lord and that unto Him they are returning. 46
