Truly it is only associating others with Allah in His divinity that Allah does not forgive, and forgives anything besides that to whomsoever He wills. Whoever associates others with Allah in His divinity has indeed strayed far away. 116 (The Pagans), leaving Him, call but upon female deities: They call but upon satan the persistent rebel! 117 Allah hath accursed him. And he said: surely I shall take of Thine bondmen a portion allotted. 118 And surely I will lead them astray, and surely I will arouse desires in them, and surely I will command them and they will cut the cattle' ears, and surely I will command them and they will change Allah's creation. Whoso chooseth Satan for a patron instead of Allah is verily a loser and his loss is manifest. 119 he promises them and fills them with fancies, but what satan promises them is only a delusion. 120 Such people will dwell in hell fire from which they will not be able to escape. 121 We will admit the righteously striving believers to Paradise wherein streams flow and they will live therein forever. God's promise is true for no one is more truthful than Him. 122 Paradise is not [obtained] by your wishful thinking nor by that of the People of the Scripture. Whoever does a wrong will be recompensed for it, and he will not find besides Allah a protector or a helper. 123 And whosoever does deeds of righteousness, be it male or female, believing - they shall enter Paradise, and not be wronged a single date-spot. 124 And who is better in religion than one who submits himself to Allah while being a doer of good and follows the religion of Abraham, inclining toward truth? And Allah took Abraham as an intimate friend. 125 And to Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. And Allah is Ever Encompassing all things. 126
