The Key (Al-Faatehah)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful 1

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, 2 Most beneficent, ever-merciful, 3 Master of the Day of Judgment. 4 (Lord), You alone We do worship and from You alone we do seek assistance 5 Guide us to the Straight Path, 6 The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
